Make Ours Eco-Friendly

As more and more Americans turn to eco-friendly lifestyles, pet lovers are taking more action as well. By using environmentally friendly pet products, you can reduce both your own and your pet’s ecological foot/pawprint.

To find some eco-friendly pet products you can visit Great Green Pets and Earthdog.

Another way to be an eco-friendly pet lover is to adopt your next pet from a rescue or shelter. By adopting “recycled” pets, you can help reduce pet overpopulation and have the satisfaction of saving a life.

If you have already brought an animal into your life, you can have the animal spayed or neutered. By reducing the number of pets on our planet, and saving one in need, you may help reduce the overcrowding and pollution caused by excess pets.

To learn more about making your pet a “green” pet, read How To Green Your Pet, and 5 Ways To Be a Green Pet Owner.

Hello! I just found you tonight via Delightful Blogs…I am a volunteer with the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City, and since I started 3 years ago, my life has been so much richer! We’ve adopted two dogs from the HSGKC, and my work with the shelter led me to start a small business that has evolved into a true passion. I use my blog to share my artwork as well as raise awareness about the dogs in need of good homes. I’ll be adding you to my links and checking back with you often. What a great blog you have here! Keep up the great work, guys.
